Effective Date: March 1, 2020

The information provided in this Privacy Policy is legally binding.

At Assisting You In Your Home (AYIYH) your privacy is as important to us as your care and wellbeing. We are committed to protecting any and all of your personal information that you share with us. We want to assure you that we will not share, sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or in connection with a legitimate business purpose directly related to the services we provide. We will not sell or share your email address, telephone number, name, mailing address, SMS opt-in or any other personal and non-public information with any third party, telemarketer or marketing agency.

Additionally, we pledge to protect your medical information with the same care and commitment, including all protections provided under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Associated with our client contact, we will collect your name and phone number and / or e-mail address to be used solely for our contact with you as a client from us as your care provider management and caregiver team.

The security of your data is our top priority. We adhere to industry-compliant encryption, multi-factor authentication, and strict password protocols to safeguard your information, alongside a robust data backup plan and dedicated ransomware protection measures for added security.

We use an industry standard application for the management and execution of our care services scheduling and management. All data protected under HIPAA is maintained in this application which provides the necessary safeguards for data at rest and in motion. All of our health care management application traffic is encrypted when “in-motion” using SSL.
