SMS Text Message Policy

Assisting You In Your Home (AYIYH) is committed to providing you specialized and personalized care to suit your needs. Our primary means of client communication are verbal and/or e-mail, however, we will use SMS messages for timely changes.

We will send you a text message in the event of an unplanned change in caregiver schedule or availability. This is expected to be less than once a month and no more than once a day.

By choosing Opt-in for SMS messages, you agree to receive these as-needed asynchronous messages.

If you choose to Opt-out of receiving SMS messages, the AYIYH management staff will work with you to determine an alternate form of communication. You can choose, at any time, to Opt-out by sending / replying STOP, and can send / reply HELP to request verbal contact from the AYIYH management staff to further detail and resolve the issue.

Your final SMS message consent will be documented as a part of your written contract with Assisting You In Your Home.

As indicated in our Privacy Policy, we will not sell or share your email address, telephone number, name, mailing address or any other personal and non-public information with any telemarketer or marketing agency.
